Despite trying both VLOOKUP and an Index/Match formula as recommended by online sources, neither method is successfully retrieving the information. These formulas are located in column F on my sheet, which I have provided. Can someone help me figure out why these formulas aren't working and perhaps suggest a working solution? My current formula is:

If function filters out fails ,vlookup to match the 'Name' with the session ID, not working :(
